We at Dudley Consulting, Inc. are pleased and excited to announce a new business structure for our organization. Effective November 1, 2006 we will merge with Finley & Cook, PLLC. Finley & Cook is an accounting firm based in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Their business services department provides the same services that Dudley Consulting, Inc. has provided to you for more than 13 years. They were established in 1947 and have over 100 professional staff.

Dudley Consulting, Inc. and Finley & Cook have had a working business relationship for over 10 years, sharing business practices related to the software we support. Two years ago, we formed the Public Sector Partner Group to create a nation-wide organization to sell, support, and implement accounting software. Finley & Cook is one of the organizations in that partnership. In the past, we have collaborated on implementation projects to provide additional resources to you, our valued client. We have determined that this merger is the next logical step in an effort to provide you with consistent and quality service and more resources to fulfill your organization's needs.

As Finley & Cook, we will continue to provide support, training and implementation services as related to FundWare, Navigator, MIP and AccuFund. The current staff of Dudley Consulting, Inc. will remain in place and we will continue to have our offices in Anchorage and Hawaii. The terms of the agreements that are with Dudley Consulting, Inc. will remain in effect until a new agreement is signed with Finley & Cook. Effective November 1, 2006, all services will be billed by Finley & Cook.
